This refund and payment policy governs the terms and conditions related to payments, cancellations, and refunds for services provided through our website at https://meditome.com (“website”) or SK Polyclinic and Accurate Diagnostic Centre located at 99 CSP DDA Flats Safdarjung Enclave, Near Shree Ram Mandir of B 5 Block, New Delhi 110029, India.
By accessing and using our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Definitions
- “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Meditome Diagnostics, located at 99 CSP DDA Flats Safdarjung Enclave, Near Shree Ram Mandir of B 5 Block, New Delhi 110029, India.
- “You” refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the services provided through the website or visiting SK Polyclinic and Accurate Diagnostic Centre.
- “Services” refers to the diagnostic services available through the website or SK Polyclinic and Accurate Diagnostic Centre.
- “Website” refers to https://meditome.com.
2. Payments
- UPI Payments and Bank Transfers: By choosing to pay through UPI or bank transfers, you agree that the services will only commence once the payment has been confirmed and funds are realized in our accounts. You must ensure that your payment is successfully completed. We are not responsible for any errors or delays in processing UPI payments or bank transfers, such as incorrect UPI IDs or failed transactions. In the event of a failed transaction, we recommend you contact your bank or UPI service provider for resolution. Refunds for UPI payments and bank transfers will be processed according to the refund policy outlined in section 4.
- Accuracy of Payment: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the payment details provided. We are not liable for any errors or defects in the payment process.
- Payment Refusals: If any payment does not meet the specified price or conditions listed on our website or at SK Polyclinic and Accurate Diagnostic Centre, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the payment. In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded to you within 14 business days.
- Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to alter the prices of our services at any time, and any such changes will be communicated through the website or any digital media. Payments for services will be at the rates applicable at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation policy
- Before the Phlebotomist’s Visit: If you choose to cancel the service before the phlebotomist arrives at your location, you must notify us at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled visit to receive a full refund. If cancellation is requested less than 4 hours before the visit, a cancellation fee of Rs. 200 will apply. Refunds, if any, will be processed within 14 business days.
- After the Phlebotomist’s Visit but Before Sample Collection: If you cancel the service after the phlebotomist arrives but before the sample collection takes place, a cancellation fee of Rs. 200 will apply. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded within 14 business days.
- After Sample Collection: Once the sample has been collected, no refunds will be issued. However, if the sample is not processed due to our fault or deficiency in the services of labs associated with us, we will get the sample re-collected and it will be re-processed by the concerned lab at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund process
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Refunds for cancellations or payment disputes will be processed within 14 business days after the approval of the refund request.
5. Other terms
- Cash Payments: Cash payments may be accepted only in exceptional cases to the visiting phlebotomist, subject to prior written agreement. In such cases, a receipt must be provided by the phlebotomist, and all transactions will be documented. You have the option of paying by cash at our centre: SK Polyclinic and Accurate Diagnostic Centre. The sample will be tested only after full cash payment has been made.
- Disputes: Any disputes arising from the application of this refund and payment policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
6. Updates to this policy
We may update this refund and payment policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, payment systems, or legal and regulatory requirements. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
